My weekend workshop will give you an Introduction to the Art of Tantric Bodywork & the Tantric Attitude.
You as an individual will have the chance to connect deeper to your own body, your needs, boundaries & desires.
From this deep connection with yourself you will feel empowered to explore and evolve within the container of your relationship.

When?
9th & 10th November, 10am - 6pm (on both days)
GOOD TO KNOW:
if you have childern and it's difficult for you to commit to a full weekend, you can also only join for the Saturday. This day will already be a full journey on its own (for a lower price).
Where?
Sintra at Quinta Ten Chi
The Workshop is non-residential, but you do have the option to stay at the venue.
You can either camp (7€ per night) or sleep in a dormitory (10€ per night). Contact me, if you want to do that. Be aware, that this is not included in the price

Regular Price: 200€ (per person)
Price for low income/ portuguese locals: 180€ per person

I don't live in Sintra, where do you recommend to stay?
If you don't live in Sintra, i recommend you to get an AirBnb or Guesthouse in the center of Sintra or Colares. Both places are not only magical places to visit, but also close to the venue. (ca 11 min by car).
If you don't have a car, Uber & Bolt are very cheap options to get around.
Otherwise i will open a What's App group a couple of days before the event to organize ride shares.
Do I have to be naked at the workshop? How do you handle the topic of nudity?
First of all: You don't have to be naked at the workshop and you are all the time in your full power of choice. I will encourage you over and over again on the weekend to feel into yourself and your boundaries.
For this i create a non-judgmental space, which invites slowness.
I am aware that nudity is for many a sensitive topic, where also may be some shame. At the same time we come naked to earth and it's our nature and there is nothing sexual or shameful about the human body. In my workshops I treat the topic of nudity with care & sensitivity and i offer you nudity as a "clothing option", especially when you give each other a Tantric Bodywork session on the second day.
You choose, how much or how little clothes you want to wear.

On the weekend workshop I will not only bring all my embodied wisdom as a Tantra Massage Therapist and Somatic Bodyworker, i also bring my partner Sandro, who will facilitate this workshop together with me.
Sandro is a movement and men's circle facilitator and on our weekend workshop, he will connect you deeper with your body and hold the space with his grounded presence.
As well he can give you a portuguese translation, if needed:)
